Sophomore Andrew Beroset of Gulf Breeze ran a FL #1 8:21.77 3,000m at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic.  It is a US #3 time and a FL #1 and US #1 All-Time indoor 3,000m for a sophomore. He received 44% of your vote.


Senior Reese Rizzo of River Ridge jumped 1.95m (6-04.75) in the High Jump in his win at the Legends of Alachua County Invitational.  He was second in the voting with 36% of your vote.

CANDIDATES

The IMG boys won the Millrose Games 4x400m relay with a US #2 3:14.39.

Cardinal Newman junior Zamarii Sanders had his season opener in the 60m. Sanders won in 6.71, which tied him at US #8. 

Jabari Armstrong, running for the VAST Track and Field Club, continued his winning ways, taking the 60mH in a state-leading 7.81. His time puts him at #4 on the Florida all-time indoor 60mH list and is currently tied at US #6.

Senior Darius Jones II of Rickards moved to the top of the state rankings in the high jump with a jump of 1.97m (6-05.50.)

In the Weight Throw, junior Sebastian Albizu of IMG threw 19.53m (64-01.00), which is a FL #3 all-time toss.
