Junior Eliana Bruneau of Bolles HS was the most improved girl who ran in the FSU Pre-State in 2023 and again in 2025. She dramatically improved her time on the Apalachee Regional Park course by 3:14.20. She was 208th as a 9th-grader in 24:03.80 and in 2025, she was 68th in 20:49.60.

The rankings were generated by comparing the times of the top 500 girls who ran at the FSU Pre-State in 2023 and again in 2025. If they did not run both years, they were removed from the ranking. If they did not have any improvement in their performance, they were removed from the ranking.
