Highlights: Newburgh dominates meet, taking both girls and boys individual and team titles.

Ben Boice Invitational

 
Highlights: Millbrook girls edge Spackenkill 38-39.  Deidra Dwyer of Spackenkill wins in 20:37.  Pine Plains Evinde Joode leads mates to title with 18:58 win.

Byram Hills Bobcat Run

 
Highlights: Marc Violone of Byram Hills leads team to win over Rye Neck with 17:19 win.  The Irvington girls take title over Harrison 89-104.

Disney World Classic

 
 
Highlights:  Pearl River girls win 33-34 over Cocoa Beach as 5th girls makes up 8 points.  Team averages 20:20.  Regis, Collegiate, Ursuline, Iona Prep, and Port Jefferson all make tje trip down to Florida.

East Syracuse Minoa Invitational

 
 
Highlights: EMS and Tully sweep boys and girls team titles.  Ashley Evans of Tully and Michael Coogan of ESM are days fastest.

Highlights:  Columbia girls and Berlin boys win team titles.  Anna Boughtwood from Columbia wins in 19:03.

Metropolitan Cross Country Championships

 
Highlights:  The Lion Kings continue to reign.The Lion Queens, too. The Metropolitan Intercollegiate Cross Country Championships is one of the longest-running undergraduate XC events in America, with a history dating back to 1927.  That would make it 84 years old.  FULL ARTICLE HERE

Highlights:  The Penfield boys and girls cross country team both posted 3-1 marks last Tuesday at Harris Whalen Park.

Canandaigua Academy swept the girls race while Webster Thomas swept the boys race over the 3.1-mile course on a rainy afternoon.

Junior Leila Mantilla led Penfield as she won the girls race in 19 minutes, 9 seconds. Freshman teammate Katie Lembo came in third in 20:07, followed by sophomore Illana Schnaufer (5th), and Alex Bourcy (13th).  FULL ARTICLE HERE
