Each week, Florida high school track and field athletes are setting personal records and delivering standout performances across a range of events. Week after week brings new breakthroughs-here's a look at a few athletes who made big strides during week six of the 2026 outdoor season.

Ke'Nise Madison (Sebring) jumped 19-8 in the long jump at the Avon Park Chet Brojek Track Invitational on March 31, improving from her previous best of 14-4. The mark set a school record and ranks #5 in Florida and #2 among seniors statewide. Madison won the event among 12 competitors.
Danny Suarez (South Fork) threw 49-11 in the shot put at the Martin County Championships on April 2, breaking his previous personal record of 41-7. The school record performance ranks #59 in Florida and #7 among juniors. Suarez also set a discus personal record of 133-6.25, improving from 129-3.75, and placed first in both events.
Josh Raymond (Spanish River) put the shot 50-4.5 at the Dr. Garcia Quad Meet on April 2, bettering his March 2026 personal best of 41-8. The school record throw ranks #51 in Florida and #19 among seniors. Raymond won the event in a field of 15 competitors.
Taylor Geraghty (Holy Trinity Academy) ran 11:33.17 in the 3200 meters at Rockledge Mini Meet #2 on March 31, dropping her time from a February 2026 personal best of 12:07.41. The time ranks #135 in Florida, and Geraghty placed first among five runners.
Danielle Hogans (Andrew Jackson) clocked 11.52 in the 100 meters at the Chandra Cheeseborough Invitational on April 4, improving from her previous best of 12.07. The school record time ranks #18 in Florida and #4 among juniors statewide. Hogans won the race in a field of 42 runners.
Parviele Lee (Bradford) threw 47-11 in the shot put at the Columbia High School Tiger Relay Mini Meet on April 3, bettering his previous mark of 42-9.75. The school record performance ranks #104 in Florida and #14 among juniors. Lee placed first among 20 competitors.
Gabriel Engl (Ponte Vedra) ran 15.10 in the 110-meter hurdles at the Don Hall Meet on April 4, improving from his March 2026 time of 15.89. The mark ranks #116 in Florida and #38 among seniors, and Engl finished second in a field of 22 hurdlers.
