The freshman girls class showed quality over quantity at the 2026 FHSAA Outdoor State Finals, capturing three of the 60 state championships contested in Jacksonville. While underclassmen victories were limited overall, the Class of 2029 still produced several standout performances.

Bishop Moore freshman Annabella Tomasic delivered one of the meet's top distance performances by winning the 3A 1600m title in 4:53.25. It was Tomasic's first State track title.

In 1A, Seven Rivers Christian School's Mary Summers successfully defended her 3200-meter state title, becoming one of the youngest repeat champions at the meet. The freshman distance standout finished in 11:02.56 to earn back-to-back state crowns after also winning the event in 2025.
