The seventh-grader delivered an impressive, dominant season from start to finish, opening his year indoors with victories at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational in both the 60m (7.30) and 400m (54.08).
Gibbs went undefeated in the 100m this season, collecting six victories, while suffering just one loss in the 200m - an eighth-place finish in his season opener back in February. By season's end, he ranked No. 1 among Florida middle school boys in both the 100m (10.77) and 200m (21.44).
He also remained unbeaten in the 400m, winning both of his races in the event after posting a personal best of 53.00 as a sixth-grader.

Gibb's 10.77 100m is a Florida Middle School Boys 100m All-Time No. 6. His 21.44 in the 200m is a No. 2 All-Time.
Since bursting onto the scene as a fifth-grader in 2024, Gibbs has put together one of the most impressive middle school sprint resumes in the state.
Across three seasons, he has raced 28 times in the 100m with just two losses, while compiling a remarkable 30-2 record in the 200m. In the 400m, Gibbs has added 13 victories against only three defeats.
Overall, Gibbs has stepped to the starting line 71 times and walked away victorious in 64 of those races - an extraordinary level of consistency and dominance for one of Florida's top young sprint talents.
