Hey flrunners, another week down in panhandle racing. Two races captured most of the Panhandle runners, the Bay Invitational and FSU Pre-State/Invitational.
We had a couple meets on tap this weekend for the area, the JD Mac invite and the flrunners.com Invitational. It seemed to be a great overall weekend for the teams out of the Panhandle with a plethora of PRs and season bests coming from all teams.
Hey there again Flrunners! The panhandle is feeling great now that the temperature is now in the 80's instead of the 90's. The ramp up in training is palpable, the times are dropping faster, and competition is only getting better. There were two meets on the docket from this weekend, Gulf Coast Cross Country Stampede and Ram Run.
Another great week down in the 2012 season of cross-country here in the panhandle. While many of the local teams went to the larger meets (Jim Ryun, Mt. Dew) There were two significant meets run in our region, the Lincoln Invite in Tallahassee and the Wildcat Invite in Pace.
