Hey coaches. Any great locations in mind for an XC camp this summer? Not looking for an official camp where you pay and join other runners from different locations but just a venue/location for just our team. Just looking for a location that has all the great things for an XC camp like trails, a lake, hiking, hiking. Doesn’t need to be in Florida either Thanks!

It's a looooong drive to North GA, but check out Vogel State Park near Blairsville.

We do a week, July 24-31 in Ellijay Georgia, about 45 south of Blairesville. Have been going there about 10 years now, some great places to run and go tubing. Very nice cabins to rent for nearly any size group in a gated community on south side of town. If your in that area any of those days and want to tag along with 55 kids we are taking, feel free to message me.

@john.Layton fly? or only drive. there are a lot of amazing options. Vogel SP & Elijah yes, Brevard NC yes, Nantahala Outdoor Center NC. Keene Valley or lake placid ( Olympic training center) in the Adirondacks. Craftsbury outdoor center in Vermont hosts teams Rocky Mountain National Park from Grand lake Entrance has an awesome lodge on the edge of the park that hosts informal running group ( teams). Many of RMNPs trails are 80-90% runnable. Nederland Colorado and train on the same trails/ dirt roads as the Buffs.
