Course Description. The 5k course is a 2 loop course that is mostly grass, some sand and dirt, with one long steady hill runners must run twice, and one short, steep hill runners must also run twice. The course is the sight of the NCAA Division 2 Cross Country South Regionals that is hosted by the University of Tampa. Spectators and coaches will be able to view the runners at least four times, including the finish line in the middle of the field.
Online Entry. All entries will be done using flrunners.com online entry.
Timing and Results. Elite Timing and Event Management (Mike Hill) will be scoring the meet. We will be using chip timing. Coaches are responsible for making sure the chips assigned to their school are returned. There will be a $20:00 fee for unreturned chips.
Restrooms. There are no restrooms at the trails. We will have 3-4 port-o-lets in the main parking area. Please let your team and parents know.
Parking. Parking is limited. All team buses will be directed to park in the main lot on the right upon entering. Cars will be directed to park in one of five areas upon entering: main parking lot on the right, large grass lot immediately to the left, grass parking near finish chute, or one of two grass lots close to the starting line. All vehicles will be charged $2:00 for parking.
