5K RACE (3.1 miles) - Intermediate & Young...................10:00 a.m.
Awards to follow each race.
COURSE
2K RACE: Mostly grass, with approx. 300m of trail and 2x2m of sidewalk.
3K RACE: Mostly trail, with approx. 800m of grass, 8m of asphalt and 2m of sidewalk.
4K RACE: Mostly trail, with approx. 800m of grass, 8m of asphalt and 2m of sidewalk.
5K RACE: Mostly trail, with approx. 1600m of grass, 8m of asphalt and 3x2m of sidewalk.
Qualifying for the National Championship:
All participants automatically qualify for the Nationals in
Orlando at the Disney Sports Complex. All participants
must be AAU members, and all teams must be AAU
registered. The AAU membership card is $14.00 and must
be purchased before the meet. To purchase an AAU card
