Meet Information

This meet has been moved to Saturday, February 16th.
We will start at 10am with the 4x800m and field events.
100m Hurdles will start at 12:00pm and the remaining schedule will be on a rolling schedule from there.

Entry Fee: $60 for one gender team: $100 for both Boys and Girls teams.

General Admission: $5

8:30 am (EST) Concession Stand / Gate Opens

8:45 am (EST) Increment Weigh-ins

9:15 am (EST) Coaches Meet @ Starting Line

10:00 am (EST) Meet Starts with Field Events / 4 X 800 Relays.

Field Event Team Responsibilities:

B/G Pole Vault - Godby High School

B/G High Jump - Florida High School

Boys Long/Triple - East Gadsden High School

Girls Long/Triple- Taylor County High School

B/G Shot- Sneads High School

B/G Discus - Rickards High School.

Order of Events:

Events will begin at 10am on a rolling schedule. All events are finals.

11:45 Presentation of Colors / RHS JROTC

Noon High Hurdles (Hurdle Crew JROTC)
12:10 100m Dash
12:35 1600m Run
12:57 4 X 100 Relays
13:07 400m Dash
13:46 300 m Hurdles (Hurdle Crew JROTC)
14:11 800m Run
14:25 200m Dash
14:50 3200m Run
15:27 4X400 Relay

Rickards High School Kickoff Meet Information

Final entry date is Friday, Feb. 15th by 6:59 p.m. via online registration only. Note limit 5 athletes per event.

Note: Luck of the draw lane/heat assignments is our usual standard at a beginning of the season meet.

Girls and then Boys- Standard Track & Field order with
the exception of the Pole vault.

Starting Heights:
High Jump: Girls 4' 00", Boys 5' 00" Pole Vault: Girls 5' 00", Boys 8' 00"

Long Jump: Girls/Boys (qualifying mark to be determined)
Triple Jump: Girls/Boys (qualifying mark to be determined)
Shot/Disc: Girls/Boys (qualifying mark to be determined)

Limit 5 athletes per any one event.

Athletes will not be allowed on the football field during Meet.

2:25 p.m. Implement weigh-ins (Side of concession stand)

2:50 p.m. Coaches Meeting @ center of FB field

3:10 p.m. Pole Vault Event begins.

4:00 p.m. All other events will begin with 4 x 800m

Note: Team staging areas will be pre-assigned on lower field
