Course
The course will be marked with mile markers as well as kilometer markers. The course will be available for preview during the regular season on October 18th the Half-Mile Timing Invitational. Click here for direct link to regular season information

General Information

Parking will be $5 per car, admission is $7 per person. Coaches, Athletic Directors, Trainers and all media must have FHSAA series pass to get in at the gate.

Packet Pick-Up/Coaches Meeting

The course will open at 1 p.m. for preview and coaches packet pick up for schools participating in Saturdays races. Gates close at 5:00 p.m. Friday afternoon. Coaches must sign out your timing chips at packet pick up and then must turn in your timing chips after race is over for chip return. There will be a lost chip fee of $20 per chip to the school in which the chip was assigned to. Coaches will also have the option of doing an online coaches meeting at www.halfmiletiming.com. There will be an online coaches meeting summary available Tuesday November 4th that will go over all the material. Coaches must print this out and bring it to pick up their packet if they choose not to attend the coaches meeting the morning of the event.

Timing
HMT will be using the Ipico/ Finishlynx triad chip timing system. There will be mile marker clocks as well as instant results scrolling on the finish line display board. Race results will be posted shortly after each race and can also be found at www.halfmiletiming.com. Any protest must be done within 30 minutes after results have been posted. Time stamp will be in the top right of the results page.
