2015 Yellow Jacket Invitational Track Meet

The cost of the event is $30 per team (Covers both Boys and Girls)
Payments will be accepted the day of the meet (school checks) or you may mail the payment to the address below.

We will limit entries for this event to 6 schools

Additional Notes:
The coaches meeting will be at 2:00pm.

Throwing and jumping events will begin at 2:30pm and running events at 3:30pm.

100M Hurdles will be run for girls and boys.

Track will be closed for the 4x800m relay and will open back up after the race is over. The relay will begin at 2:45, after the field events have begun.

Any athletes running in two events at the same time, pay attention carefully check-in ASAP to both events i.e., 100 hurdles and long jump, check out with coach running that event. You will have 20 min to get back to your event. You will be put in a different flight after those 20min, after that flight is over you will not be permitted to come back.

Sportsmanship: Any Athletes displaying unsportsmanlike conduct will be disqualified. No Jumping over the fence, any athletes caught jumping over the fence will be disqualified. All other types and forms of DQ will be discussed at the coaches meeting.

All tent set up will be on the away side of the stadium. Bathrooms are located on the side of the concession stand.

All entrance and exit for athletes and coaches will be through the check-in tent, if you are not warming up for your event or running your event you will need to be on the outside along the fence or in the stands.

A coaches list must be submitted at the time of registration. Email list to: mdsmith1@oneclay.net.
Coaches with a pass will be allowed in the track area.

The following events will have unlimited entries 400m, 800m, and 1600m, all other running and field events will be 5 per event. Schools will be allowed to have up to 3 relay teams for each relay. (4x100m, 4x400m, and 4x800M)
There will be 1st and 2nd place team trophies. (Boys and Girls)
