Field events will start at 4:00pm.

Running events will start at 4:30pm

Spikes are to be 1/4" pyramid or smaller.
Teams may enter 6 athletes per event with the exception of the 1600m and 3200m which will be unlimited.
Registration closes Monday evening at midnight.
Team Entry Fee: $40
Spectator Fee: Clapping and encouragement of our athletes.
Spectators should bring lawn chairs with them as bleachers are very limited at the track.
