If this is your first year doing online registration here, follow the instructions to claim your team. You have to wait for the webmaster to approve you. Once approved, go to your team page to edit your roster. When adding athletes please use full names (no nicknames) and grad year is required - please use HS grad year:
2016-2017 Grad years are:
2021- 8th
2022- 7th
2023- 6th
If athletes are no longer on the team, from your team roster page check the box next to the name then either click "remove from XC" or "move to inactive" but please never delete athletes.

The course will be the same basic course as in past years but shortened from 2 mile to 3K in 2016 since this meet is now a qualifier for the State Meet and that is the distance run at that level.

Entries are due by 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct 12. Please double check that ALL of your athletes are entered in the meet. Late entries or changes on race day will be $5 cash per athlete paid by the coach at the time change/correction is made paid to Elite Timing and Event Management.
Entry fee: each school pays a one time entry fee of $75 for the Oct. 1 meet which also covers this meet.
Payments: cash, check, or money order payable to RunnerGirl Inc., 8709 53rd Ter E, Bradenton, FL 34211
or if you wish to pay by credit card, please email coach@runnergirl.com and indicate school name and email address where invoice should be sent.
All teams must be paid in full before October 15, 2016 in order to pick up team packet.

Races will begin after the high school Tri-County races end and we have enough time to change the course signs/cones/volunteers from the 5K set up to the 3K set up.
Times are approximate. We appreciate your patience.
We will update this schedule the week prior to the race.
9:30-9:45 a.m. - girls' race
10:00-10:150 a.m. - boys' race
