All coaches and athletes that are competing will also receive complimentary admission.

All team buses will be stopped entering the school, so if you plan to have parents travel on your team bus, please let them know to have their money ready so they dont hold everyone up.

Course Preview
The school will be open Friday for warm-ups and course preview from 5 to 7 pm. We do have Junior High Homecoming going on Friday night so it could be busy.

Packet Pick-Up
You can pick up your packets at the finish line area upon arrival on Saturday. It will include your race numbers, timing chips, team roster, pins, and course maps.

Timing Chip Return
Please be sure to put your timing chips back in numerical order and in the Ziploc bags then return them to the finish line tent. Any lost chips will cost $20 each.

As a reminder, you are only allowed to compete up to 7 runners in the Varsity race.

Substitution Form
A runner who qualifies in the top 15 and who also is a member of a qualifying team may be replaced in the team lineup (Regional meet & FHSAA Finals) by a substitute. The substitute, however, shall not be eligible for individual honors on any subsequent level of competition. Of course, coaches may also substitute eligible runners to compete in the place of other members of the district qualifying team, without consequence. If you are going to substitute a runner, you must fill out the form at the coaches meeting so we can correct the Hytek file before the race. The form is also attached to this email.
