Jumps Clinic
Our jumps clinic will be led by Bavon Sylvain, professional long jumper for Dominica, who has a PR of 264.5. He is also a coach for Pine Crest & Broward Elite.
Throws Clinic & Competition
Our throws clinic will be led by Jim Griffin, USATF Florida Masters Chair. There will be instruction in the hammer/weight throw along with the other events and a competition at the end. Coach Griffin is also a coach for Pine Crest & Broward Elite.
