Meet Information

Thanks for your interest in the West Coast Invite. We hope to run a quality meet in a timely manner on our brand new rubber track. You must have 1/8 spikes or you will pay $.25 cent a spike to replace your spikes.

Teams can enter 4 athletes per event in running events. Teams can enter 4 athletes per event in field events. The Coaches meeting will start promptly at 8:30 a.m.!

All Entries are Due Thursday Feb 23rd at 8 p.m.. Your entries will be posted online on Friday. You have until 11:59 pm Friday to correct errors. There will be NO on site changes.

Field events will start at approximately 9 am

4 x 800 9:45 am

The running events will start at approximately 11 am with a rolling schedule so get your athletes to the meet.

All running events will be a timed final, and all field events will have 3 attempts besides the Pole Vault & High Jump

The following events will start at the following marks:
Girls High Jump: 4 feet 0 inches
Boys High Jump: 5 feet 0 inches
Girls Pole Vault: 5 feet 0 inches
Boys Pole Vault: 7 feet 0 inches

-Make sure that all athletes get dressed at your school or come to the meet in uniform.

-If not they will use porta-lets to change

-No one should go into the school or leave the track area --- Any violators will be disqualified from the track meet.

-Do not try to get to the track from the front of the school.

-Athlete drop off will be at the south end of the track near the park or the East Parking Lot at Student Parking.

-Parking will be in the student parking lot in the northeast end of the school.

-If you have No Uniform or coaches pass when parking means the person entering the parking lot has to pay.
