All scratches will take place at the 8:00AM coaches meeting. Coaches this will be your chance to check on lane assignments, number of heats, spelling errors as a result of the entries online, etc. You may scratch athletes at this meeting with no penalty. You may not make any additions to your lineup at this meeting. Any scratches that occur after this meeting will cause that athlete to be scratched from the entire meet, including relays.

Pole vaulter weigh-ins and pole verification will take place at 8:30AM at the field house. Shot put and discus implement weight verification will take place at 8:30AM.(Times may vary depending on the coaches meeting)

WARM-UP AREA: Teams may set up tents, tarps, etc. and warm-up on the softball field only.

** The only people allowed on the infield are athletes while they are competing and meet officials while they are officiating. There will be no exceptions for this! All gates will be locked. The only entrance to the track will be through the clerks table. Any athletes caught jumping the fences will be disqualified.

CHECK IN:
Athletes must check in to the clerk prior to the last call. Please let your athletes know so they will not be disqualified. Please take the time to review sportsmanship, uniforms, and electronic devices rules with your student/athletes. All of the information pertaining to these rules can be found on www.fhsaa.org. All FHSAA rules will be enforced!

There will be concessions at this meet and meal tickets for coaches.

Gate Fee: $6 (All spectators)
Parking is limited!!!

**All field events will be completed before we start the prelims to give athletes ample time in between events.
