Due to the flooding in Lake City Alligator Lake Park and its
trails are still under about 3' of water. To keep from having to cancel and
everyone having to make alternate plans and cancel hotels I am secured another
venue. Everything will be the same as far as awards, course markers, music,
etc. The event will just be moved to a new location. The upside of the new
course is the parking will be more open and we should be able to easily fit all
the cars in one area which will also be closer to the course.
The course is located at The Oaks Equestrian Center, address
to the course is 211 SW Theodore Oconnor Cir,
Lake City, FL 32024. There main request is to make sure nobody parks on
the side of the roads. So please tell your parents if they do not park in the designated
area (they will be directed to the designated area) they will be towed at the owner's
expense.

To enter this event you must have a password for flrunners online entry. To obtain the password your bookkeeper will need to do the
following. Cut the top portion of this flyer out (see cut line below) and send with a check in the mail to B3R Sports Atten :Dusty Smith 9151
NW 40th Street Chiefland, FL 32626. On the check please type the coaches e-mail so I will know who to send the password to. If paying with
a credit card please e-mail me (dusty@b3rsports.com) the individual who is paying e-mail. I will then send a PayPal invoice via e-mail, once I
have confirmation of the payment I will then send the password to the individual that paid. W-9 form is available upon request. If B3R Sports
has to fill out any local vendor forms for your specific county, there will be an additional $20 processing fee added to the total amount.

Coach Information
The Alligator Lake Invitational will consist of a High School,
boys and A girls Varsity Green & Invite, as well as a JV race.
Varsity races are allowed to run 10 athletes and JV unlimited
entries. If a school would like to run in both varsity races then
they will have to pay the full entry fee for both races. The Invite
and Green race will have a maximum of 30 teams in each race.
After Online entries close meet management will divide the
teams up into the invite & green race. The top 20-30 teams
(depending on total number of teams registered) will go into the
Invite. The next 20-30 teams will run in the green race. If you are
a top team please do not ask to run in the green race. If you are
not running your A team please let me know Tuesday so I can
put your team in the appropriate race. The Middle school races
will have a boy and girls 3k race. The elementary 2k race that
will be combined with boys and girls. There will be no assigned starting boxes; it will be first come first serve. Coaches please let your parents know that there are NO PETS allowed in the park. Any dogs brought into the park will have to remain in a vehicle. If you are an out of state team attending please let me know asap so I can get the proper sanctions.

Online Entry
Registration will be on www.flrunners.com. To be able to
register your team, you must pay for your team first in order to
get the password to open up the registration. Please see above
for those instructions. Registration will end Tuesday, September
26th at midnight. High School Middle & Elementary school
coaches please enter your entire roster, not just your Varsity runners. Any additions or changes after the entry deadline and on race day is $5 per change, this includes spelling errors as well as additions. For any questions please e-mail me at dusty@b3rsports.com.
Packet Pick-Up
Packet pick up will start when the course opens Friday at 3:00 p.m. and end at 6 p.m. It will open again Saturday morning at 5:30 a.m. when the gates open. Coaches must pay online to enter no checks will be accepted the day of the event. Coaches please make sure you get your packets 30 minutes before your race to ensure enough time to get the timing chips signed out and onto your runner's shoes. Coaches will be in charge of returning the timing chips back where they picked their packets up.
Parents Information
Parking
There will be a $10.00 per vehicle
charge for spectator parking. Team
buses and team vans are free, if a
parent has an athlete in the car they
still have to pay $10. Coaches please
make sure your parents are aware
of this!
Event Shirts
Event shirts will be on sale for
$15.00 pre- sale till September
11th 2017. Day of the event will
be $20.00 cash $21.00 credit
card and in limited quantity at
the event .To be guaranteed a tshirt
you can pre order by emailing

Youth sizes will be pre sale
only! We will need team name,
quantity & shirt sizes.
Order must be sent and paid for
by September 11th. No
exceptions!!! These shirts are
tech t-shirt.
Event Lapel Pins
A great addition to your varsity letter or for that track bag to show off where you have raced. Event pins will be $5
cash $6 credit card. You can also pre order these pins with your event tshirts to be guaranteed a pin. These too will be in limited quantity at the meet so make sure to get yours early.
Athletes Information
Course
Welcome to your p.r. course. This course is fast with long
straights, small rolling hills and packed grass. The main field
is a international horse cross country course. This course will
be a great start to your season to boost the confidence of your
new and experienced runners. The mile and 2 mile is located
within walking distance of the start and finish giving
spectators maximum viewing spots to watch their athlete. To

amazing videos to show off our course.

Individual Awards
HS Varsity top 2 receive trophies, 3-10 receive medals 11-50 ribbons. HS JV top 3 medals 4-25 ribbons Middle/ Elementary top 2 trophies top 3-10 medals 11-50 ribbons. Individuals must be present at awards ceremony to receive award. We will not give them out early or mail them.
Team Awards
High School Varsity and Middle school Teams top 2 overall
teams Boys and Girls will get custom team awards. Winners
will receive a 3ft Gator with event logo and runner up will
receive a 2ft Gator with event logo.
Instant results as you finish
Half-Mile Timing will have a scoreboard scrolling
individual times as the runners finish. After the last individual finishes each race you can find the results on
halfmiletiming.com.
Custom Mile Markers
We have custom mile markers as well as kilometer markers.
The high school has gators while the middle school has little
kids as markers.
