FRIDAY, 4:00-6:00 pm and SATURDAY, 6:30-7:00 am: (MAP) and Warm-up available
7:15 am: Coaches Meeting at Start Line
7:40 am: Varsity Boys 3A & 4A (10 runners max; 7 scored)
8:05 am: Varsity Boys 1A & 2A (10 runners max; 7 scored)
8:30 am: Varsity Girls 3A & 4A (10 runners max; 7 scored)
9:00 am: Varsity Girls 1A & 2A (10 runners max; 7 scored)
9:30 am: JV Boys all classes (unlimited; 7 scored)
10:00 am: JV Girls all classes (unlimited; 7 scored)
10:45 am: Awards Ceremony or upon completion of last race (info below)
FOR OUR COACHES: Hospitality tent with breakfast, refreshments and courtesy shuttle to and from mile markers on course.

AWARDS:
Team: 1st & 2nd place trophies for each classification -- 1A, 2A, 3A, 4A. NEW THIS YEAR: 1st place trophies for overall JV boys and girls races.
Individual: 1st place trophy for each boy and girl in each division.
Best Young Runner award to the fastest boy and girl in each varsity race, 9th grade or younger.
Varsity Medals: 2nd through 15th place in each classification.
JV Ribbons: 1st through 15th place for overall boys and girls.
PLACE: South County Regional Park, Boca Raton
ALL VEHICLES MUST enter from the Glades Road park entrance. Take Glades Road from I-95 or the Turnpike west past 441 and PAST Cain Blvd., north on Regional Park Road (southern park entrance) and follow signs to Sunset Cove Amphitheatre.
ENTRY FEES:
$70 for a single gender Varsity entry.
$135 for boys and girls Varsity team.
There is no charge for JV races IF Varsity teams are entered.
Ten may race for Varsity -- only top 7 will count.
Meet day additions or changes will be $10 per addition or change, paid in cash to timing company.
IMPORTANT: There are no refunds if meet is postponed or cancelled due to weather. If you enter athletes, you will be billed for the entry fee, regardless of participation.

This is our second year attending your wonderful race, and we cannot wait to return next year. Everything about the race is incredibly professional & the atmosphere is one of the best for competitive running that I've been apart of. I'm originally from St. Louis, MO and Fleet Feet hosts this back-to-school cross country kick-off with over 100 local schools attending, and this races makes me think of home every time. I think the race is incredibly successful! I really appreciate how professional all of your volunteers are, and I hope to continue returning year after year.
