9:00 100 Meter Dash (max. 3 per team)
9:30 4 x 800 Meter Relay
10:00 4 x 100 Meter Relay
10:30 1600 Meter Run (unlimited entry)
11:45 4 x 400 Meter Relay
Long Jump before Triple Jump. Girls first: Pole Vault, Shot Put, High Jump; Boys first: Discus

Entry:
A & B relay teams allowed. FHSAA athletes only.
To avoid a $10.00 late fee, all ENTRIES must be Registered on Flrunners by 11:59 on 4/5.
Races will be FAT, and results for all events posted online.
Cost:
$75 per Team, $150 per School, $10 per Athlete payable to CGHS
Concessions:
Concessions for sale at meet
A certified athletic trainer, and ice water, will be on site.
No Team Scores
No charge for parking.
Spectator Admission - $5, no charge for children under 12.
