Meet Information
1st Annual Cypress Creek Track and Field Invitational will be held on March 3rd, 2018. We have a brand new facility with an 8 lane all weather track. There will be a full concession stand and coaches hosipitality room. The facility is located on the north side of Cypress Creek Middle High School, 8701 Old Pasco Road, Wesley Chapel, FL 33544. The entry fee is $125 per school or $80 per gender. Awards will given to the top 8 finishers in each event as well as trophies to the 1st and 2nd place teams.
Entries are limited to 3 per event per school, 1 relay team per school. Long Jump, Triple Jump, Shot Put, and Discus events will be run as finals only with 4 attempts for each athlete. All running events will be girls followed by boys.
There will be unseeded races in the morning for the 800, 1600, and 3200. Coaches will be responsible for recording their athletes times in these unseeded races. The top 32 entered times in the 800 will run in 2 heats during finals , the top 20 entered times in the 1600 will run in 1 heat during finals, and the top 24 entered times in the 3200 will run during finals.
