Schedule:
Coaches meeting 9:30 am
Girls varsity start 10:00 am
Boys Varsity start 10:40 am
Course is mostly wooded trails, 2 loops, including routing around track. Finish in stadium. Course include multiple surfaces, small hills, some sand and maybe some mud. Fun to run.
We will have an athletic trainer on site.
***Parking***
School will be in session, so please enter the east gate. Buses park on one side of the main drive. Cars can park wherever they can find a place. Thanks.

According to FHSAA Rules:
You may enter 10 athletes per gender.
3 Teams and 15 individuals move on.
