Your entries are your SEL that was submitted to FHSAA. There is not an additional registration process.
The 4A District 8 meet will be run on the same course as the October 20, 2018 Bradenton Runners Club XC Invitational hosted by Manatee High School: http://fl.milesplit.com/meets/315517/info
Schedule:
8:00 a.m. - Coaches' Meeting
8:30 a.m. - Girls' race (up to 10 runners per team)
9:10 a.m. - Boys' race (up to 10 runners per team)
Awards to follow.
Bus parking: Colonial Baptist Church, 2616 51st St W, Bradenton, FL 34209 or in the main entrance at GT Bray Park. There will be no bus parking or drop offs or turning around at the 2900 51st Street W (amphitheater & finish area) entrance.
Car parking: main GT Bray Park parking lots near starting line, soccer fields, and restrooms. Use intersection of 33rd Ave Dr W and 51st St W for directions.
Team tent area is in the grass behind the amphitheater. Teams may NOT set up in the amphitheater or on the soccer fields.
COURSE MAP: The course is well marked. There will NOT be a lead bike or cart. Athletes should know the course. You are welcome to run it Friday afternoon before the meet.

Meeting called to order at 3pm.
Roll Call-Present via e-mail, and/or phone: Countryside H. S., Lakewood Ranch H.S., Manatee H.S., North Port H.S., PHU, PPHS, Sarasota H.S., Sarasota Riverview H.S., Seminole H.S., SPH
Manatee High School agreed to be the District Host. The Meet Director is Rae Ann Darling Reed from Manatee High School
Technology Coordinator: Mike Hill at Elite Timing. The Timing System will be secured by Manatee H.S.

Meet Set-Up Information
Date: 10/27/2018
Coaches Meeting Time: 8am, Girls Start Time: 8:30am, Boys Start Time: 9:10am
Location: G.T. Bray Park in Bradenton, FL
Admission: No Charge
Manatee H.S. will order the trophies. Championship and Runner-Up trophies will be awarded to both boys and girls teams. They will also order Ribbons for 1st-15th place.
The jury of Appeals will comprised of the following 5 coaches: Stephenson-Sarasota, Nguyen-North Port, Miller-Seminole, Givens-Countryside, Schaefer-PHU
State Entry Lists are due by October 15th at 5pm. Each school will send a copy of their list to Manatee.
Seeding will be by meet manager Rae Ann Darling Reed.
All schools will share in the cost of the meet. Costs will include trophies, ribbons, and timing system plus the possibility of rental fee for the park usage.
