Meet Information
We are excited to host the 1A Region 3 District 12 Cross Country District Championship Meet for the first time here at The Pine School on Wednesday, October 24, 2018! By October 12th at 5:00pm, you should have submitted your state series list to FHSAA Home. All teams are asked to submit a $50.00 payment per team ($100 per school) to The Pine School to share costs of the timer and related expenses. Please remit payment prior to race day and indicate the payment is for Districts.

4:00pm Coaches Meeting
4:30pm Varsity Girls (limit of 10 athletes per team)
5:00pm Varsity Boys (limit of 10 athletes per team)
6:00pm Closing Ceremony for all Races
Please make sure you do not arrive before 3:30pm to avoid carline traffic following student dismissal.
Please park in the South Parking lot. In addition, the entrance gates to the school are closed during the run (because of the course and safety of runners) from 4:30-5:00 and from 5:05-5:35. Any runners that are late will have a tough time getting to the start line to compete.
MOGO timing will be recording times for the runners. Results will be posted on flrunners as soon as possible.
There is water at the finish line and a medic on staff should you need anything. This is a challenging course with hills, sand and rough terrain so please be sure that your runners are prepared and hydrated.
There will be a $6.00 admittance fee per spectator per FHSAA rules.
There are over 20 volunteers helping make this as smooth and fair a race as possible so please be sure to thank them for their time.
During the awards ceremony, we will announce the team scores and additionally will honor the top 15 boys and girls with ribbons. Enjoy!

Coaches please be advised you do not have to enter your athletes on FL runners, this has already been done when you submitted your State Entry List on Homecampus (C2C). Timers have all rosters that were submitted via Homecampus.
