Welcome to the March 29 varsity track meet at Indian Rocks. Please review the following procedures and feel free to contact us with any questions or comments. There are unlimited running event entries- great for late season individual times. We look forward to seeing you all very soon!

Entries are limited to 20 teams. Due to large number of athletes and javelin exhibition, infield will only be open to athletes who are competing in that event- no spectators inside the fence. Warmups can be done around the athletic complex.

Entry Fee- $150 per school (or $75 per gender) Please mail to school address listed below.

Password to register athletes will be emailed to the coach once payment has been received.

All Entries must be submitted on www.flrunners.com by Thursday, March 28 at 11pm.

Team champion and runner-up trophies will be presented at the end of the meet.

4:00pm Field Event Start (G shot, B discus, G HJ, G PV, then switch, both LJ followed by TJ,                                                        **Minimum distances listed below**Javelin exhibition after field events conclude- during running events)

4:00pm 4x800 Relays- followed by unseeded heats of girls/boys 1600 and 3200- plan relays accordingly

5:30pm Running events (rolling schedule with girls first) **Javelin Exhibition during races**

100/110 Hurdles

100m Dash

1600m Run (one heat girls and boys each- top 20 times- all others run during field events)

4x100m Relays

400m Dash

300m Hurdles

800m Run

200m Dash

3200m Run (one heat girls and boys each- top 24 times- all others run during field events)

4x400m Relays

*In an effort to protect the rubber track surface, please be sure that athletes are using 3/16th inch pyramid or needle spikes or shorter.

*Please limit your entries in the field events to 5 per gender

*Unlimited entries in the running events but be considerate when entering athletes for time/competition 

*Minimum distances for throwing and jumping events although all athletes will have one official mark measured. Likely distances will be 60'/80' for discus, 25'/35' for shot, 4'4/5'2 for HJ. 6'/8' for PV, 14'/18' for LJ, and 26'/34' for TJ although it could change based on entries.

*Athletes may participate in 4 events total per FHSAA guidelines
