Entry Fee will be $40 for each gender or $80 total per school. The check should be made to Mitchell High School and sent to:

There is NO PARKING at our track until 3:15. A few thousand middle and high school students are dismissed at 2:55 therefore the parking lot is a traffic disaster at 3:00.
The Track surface is painted asphalt. The long jump, triple jump, and pole vault have rubber runways so in those events spikes are fine.

Coaches Meeting: 4 PM
The field events will start at 4:30PM
Each competitor in the L.J., T.J., Shot, & Discus will have 3 attempts. Need to have a distance past 8th place to receive another mark.
Due to popular request, we will have an open/non-scoring 1600/800 at 4:30p.m.
4X800 starts at 4:45PM
5PM Normal running events with the hurdles and sprints run as finals. We will set the heats based on time going from slow to fast. The last heat will be fastest heat. Results will be awarded based on fully automatic time from all heats.
