40th Annual Fort Myers High Invitational, hosted by FMHS, sponsored by Saucony and Run Florida, started by former Fort Myers XC coach Hoppy Hoptar.
We are very excited to announce we will be running this year's event at a new location (Kelley Rd Soccer Complex) under the lights. Course is all grass arranged as a standard double looper.
Please notice parking map. Give this information to your parents and bus drivers.
Buses: drop off at main parking lot and park at Stokes Marine - 15955 Pine Ridge Rd, FM 33908
Meet location is Kelly Rd soccer complex. 10750 Kelly Rd, FM 33908
Meet Cost: Girls high school $125, Boys high school $125, and middle school $50. Parking is free of charge.
Time Schedule:
6:05pm Coaches Meeting near main pavilion (sundown 7:42pm)
6:30pm Middle School (3K)
7:00pm JV Girls (unlimited entries)
7:45pm JV Boys (unlimited entries)
8:30pm Varsity Girls (7 runners; please enter athletes that cannot complete the 5k course in under 35 min in the JV race where they will be more competitive)
9:05pm Varsity Boys (7 runners)
Rewards:
Individual- top 20 in each division will receive shirt (middle school, high school, JV and Varsity)
Team- Varsity top 2, JV top 2 in each division.
