This meet is open to all schools in Miami-Dade County: public, private, and charter.

All entries are due by Sunday, September 15th, 2019 at Noon
*Every runner needs a bib number, please submit all athletes!*

Entry Fee: None.

Time Schedule:
Middle School (2.1 mile races):
9:30am = Coaches Meeting (by the timing tent)
10:00am = Girls JV Race (unlimited runners)
10:30am = Boys JV Race (unlimited runners)
11:00am = Girls Varsity Race (up to 10 runners)
11:30am = Boys Varsity Race (up to 10 runners)
12:00pm = Awards Presentation
Cut-off = excessive walking / 12:00 at 1 mile
No 8th graders allowed in JV races

High School (5k races):
3:00pm = Coaches Meeting (by the timing tent)
3:30pm = Girls JV Race (unlimited runners)
4:10pm = Boys JV Race (unlimited runners)
4:45pm = Girls Varsity Race (up to 10 runners)
5:25pm = Boys Varsity Race (up to 10 runners)
6:00pm = Awards Presentation
Cut-off = walking / 16:00 at 1.55 mile mark

Note: An athlete who runs MS cannot also run HS

Team Awards:
Boys & Girls Champion, Runner-Up, 3rd place Trophies (JV and Varsity)

Individual Awards:
Medals for top ten places for all races

A roster is needed for each MS race you are competing in.
(4 max: Girls JV, Boys JV, Girls Varsity, Boys Varsity)

SAFETY REMINDER:
*While safety is everyone's concern, please remember that it is the Head Coach's responsibility to ensure that their athletes can successfully run an entire race without stopping. The responsibility of the Meet Host is to provide proper medical care in an unforeseen circumstance. Please do not risk athlete injury by coaching carelessly. Also, please bring enough liquids to keep your athletes properly hydrated.

BUSES REMINDER:
*Please have all buses unload athletes in the parking lot, not on the street, as is being requested by Park Management. There have been safety concerns and this is a precautionary measure to help ensure safety. Thank you.
