This is the 2019 City of Fort Lauderdale Cross Country Championships (Week Four BCAA Scheduled Meet) to be held at Mills Pond hosted by Fort Lauderdale and Cardinal Gibbons High School.

We will have unlimited entries and automatic timing for the high school section of this event. We will also include a Middle School race at the 3k distance. Middle School Teams will be assigned by MSAA to this event. Middle School Teams will also need to register online for this event.

4:00pm - Coaches Meeting

4:30pm - High School Girls 5k Race

5:15pm - High School Boys 5k Race

5:45pm - Combined Girls and Boys 3k Race

Award Ceremony for the City XC Championships will be held shortly after the completion of the High Boys race.
