12th Annual Dolphin Dash
Saturday October 10th, 2020
Location: Conservation Park: 100 Conservation Drive Panama City Beach, FL 32413
Register and update your rosters on fl.milesplit.com no later than 11:00pm, Wednesday, October 7th. Enter all athletes. You don't have to separate Varsity and JV.
-Only 100 runners in each race
-Due to the size of the starting area, we must limit the number of runners in each race to 100. If more than 10 full teams register, we will have Varsity A and B races.
-There will be no boxes at the start. Instead, there will be a first come, first serve mass start.
-Races run at 30 minute intervals.
-This race will be chip timed.
Schedule: PENDING- Will be released no later than Tuesday prior to race
6:30 a.m.: Registration
7:00 a.m.: Coach Meeting
7:30 am.: Girls' Varsity A Race (Top 7 only)
8:00 a.m.: Boys' Varsity A Race (Top 7 only)
8:30 a.m.: Girls Varsity B (no limits, include JV runners)
9:00 a.m. Boys Varsity B (no limits, include JV runners)
9:45 a.m.: Awards
Fees:
$150 Max fee. Run both Girls & Boys Varsity and all of your JV runners
$75 per gender for each Varsity team (5-10 runners)
Junior Varsity runners are free with paid Varsity team
$7 for any "Open Race Runners" or any Individual Runner. These runners may not run the Varsity race due to the size of the starting area.
Awards:
1st Place Team Trophy (Girls and Boys Varsity)
1st Place Finisher Trophy (Girls and Boys Varsity)
2nd-10th place finishers (Girls and Boys Varsity A) will receive Medal
Ribbons awarded to the first 10 female and male in the Varsity B races

Course Description:
Ultra flat and mostly shaded. All packed dirt, grass, pea gravel, wood chips, and boardwalks over the swamps. Figure 8 point to point. Narrow starting area and narrow over boardwalk areas.
