The Land O' Lakes HS Cross Country program invites you and your teams to the 2020 Gator "Keppel" Invitational on Saturday, October 5th at Crews Lake Park.

Entry Fee: $80 per school or $45 per team, JV teams run free if varsity competes.

Course Description:

The 5K course will begin and end in the athletic field in the center of the park and will be run in a clockwise direction. It will feature roughly 50% paved roads and paved bike path, and 50% grass and mulched trails. The two loop course will be fun and challenging, and spectator friendly.

Parking:

Cars/Buses will be directed by our volunteers on where to park. Please listen to them. If you need to leave before the end of the meet, just let them know and they will have you park by the entrance of the park so it doesnt disrupt the meet or compromise the safety of the runners. We understand that some people cannot stay the whole meet and that is fine, please just encourage those parents to park by the entrance. Athletes and coaches can be dropped off at shelter #1 parking lot.

Chip Timing through WARRIOR TIMING company.

Entries:

You must enter ALL athletes who will be running, including JV runners

Entries must be added by Monday, Sept 30th at 11:59pm

Awards:

Varsity:

* Top 10 runners will receive a custom Gator Invitational "Top 10" t-shirt

* 11th-20 th place will receive medals.

* Varsity Trophies- Top 2 Teams

JV-:

-Top 10 Individuals will receive ribbons.

-JV Trophy for 1st Place

Meet T-Shirts: Shirts on Site will be selling meet t-shirts.

Refreshments (Water) will be available to all registered athletes.
