Meet Information

VENUE: Bishop Kenny HS

COURSE MAP: Bishop Kenny Campus 5k Course

-The start is at the practice baseball field, and athletes will run straight on to the track

-They will run 600m on the track and then turn in to the field by the tennis courts

-They will then run two big outer loops

-At the end of the second loop (running on to the track for the third time) they will finish with a lap on the track.

7:30 AM - Boys JV Championship Race - 5k

8:00 AM - Girls JV Championship Race - 5k

MEET FEES :

$60.00 Per Gender for High School

$100.00 Total for Both Boys and Girls.

$10.00 For Individuals (Please email currank@bishopkenny.net to enter individual athletes)

AWARDS: 



Plaques to the team winner & runner up of the High School races. Ribbons to the top 20 Finishers in each of the High School races. 

ADMISSION: 

Tickets will be $8 per person (kids under 12 are free). Tickets will be only sold online through a designated e-ticketing app. There will be NO cash at the gate tickets sold. Spectators will be required to wear masks at all times. A link to the online tickets and instructions for purchasing will be made available a week prior to the event.

ENTRY DEADLINE: Tuesday, October 20th

Only FHSAA member schools will be allowed to participate, and individuals must register as part of a FHSAA member school.

SAFETY PROTOCOLS:

- Coaches are required to take the temperatures and ask Covid-19 screening questions for all of their athletes prior to distributing bib numbers.

-Masks are required at all times for all spectators, coaches, and athletes in attendance. Athletes are allowed to remove their masks during  the warm-up, race, and cool down.

-Spectators are asked to leave the venue once their athlete's race is completed. 

-Team camps will be pre-assigned and spaced. Spectators are NOT permitted in the team camp area, the starting line, or the finish line.

-Spectators are encouraged to space out along the course. 

-There will not be an awards ceremony. Awards will be announced on a rolling schedule and coaches may pick up their awards at any time.
