Welcome to the West Florida COVID Quadx2 Cross-Country Invitational!

Venue: The former West Florida HS Cross-Country Campus Course - 2400 Longleaf Drive, Pensacola, FL 32526

The Course: 5000 meters - grass, dirt, some pavement crossing, some sand - footing is TRUE Cross-Country in that it is rough in some spots. It will be very similar to the previous course with only slight modifications. Course maps will be available in packets on race day.

Entrance to the course will be from Wymart Drive; Turn North on Wymart and turn into drive behind the Success Academy. Follow the drive to the right toward the track.

Entry Fees: $50.00 per school (10 runners max entry); $10 per individual (only allowed by Meet administration)

Entry Deadline: Sunday, September 20, 2020 (11:59 p.m.) or when 8 team limit is reached. Entered teams will be notified on Monday, September 21.

Results: The two run races in each gender will be COMBINED into final results for boys and girls. Results will be posted later on flmilesplit. Running Wild of Pensacola will provide COMPLIMENTARY fully automatic timing.

Awards: We're keeping this meet low-key & simple. The top 5 finishers in EACH race will receive a meet t-shirt. The winning boys and girls teams OVERALL will receive First place plaques. Meet administration will deliver winning plaques and shirts the following week.
Schedule:
7:00 a.m. Packet pick-up for Races 1
7:30 a.m. Varsity Girls Race 1
8:15 a.m. Varsity Boys Race 1
9:30 a.m. Packet pick-up for Races 2
10:00 a.m. Varsity Girls Race 2
10:45 a.m. Varsity Boys Race 2
Meet administration will determine which schools will run in each race. Teams in the Varsity Races 1 will need to exit the premises by 9:30 a.m. per COVID-19 guidelines
ALL persons must wear face coverings at all times while on site. The ONLY exceptions are runners while in competition. Spectators are required to wear face coverings and to be aware of 6' social distancing measures.
