Meet Information

Tropical Park Stadium
7900 Bird Rd.
Time Schedule: (see below)
Gates to the stadium open at 12:00pm (for athletes & coaches) and 1:00pm for fans.
We will be having a Timed Finals. Look at FHSAA schedule of events.
Coaches meeting @ 1:00pm near the finish line.
Admission:
$7.00 for spectators
Coaches will be given wristbands during the coaches meeting.
1-4 athletes = 2 coachs pass
5 or more athletes = 5 coachs pass
FHSAA State series passes will be accepted.

Awards:
Top 2 individuals will receive FHSAA custom medals at the conclusion of their event.
Trophies for the Top 2 teams will be presented at the conclusion of the 4x400m Relay.
Implements:
All weigh in will be done between 12:30pm-1:30pm.
Implements that do not make weight will be kept until the end of the meet.
Athletes Check-in:
All running events will report to the clerk of the course at the beginning of the 200m dash
All field events will report to the official in that event.
1st calls will be made 30min before the start of each event.
All runners will be walked to the infield 5min before the start of each race. Relays will be set up 10min before the start of the race.
Coaches Area:
Coaches with a wristband will be allowed to be inside the coaches box for each field event. Coaches will also be allowed to be on the outside perimeter of the track during running events (except for the 200m dash). No coach should be in the infield of the track.

Warm-up Area:
Athletes may not warm up on the track after 1:00pm. All athletes will be asked to warmup outside the stadium. Field event warmups will be done 30min before the start of each event.
Opening Height:
Will be determined by District results. Details will be given at coaches meeting.
Scoring:
Scoring for Individual & Relay events:
1st place = 10 points 3rd place = 6 points 5th place = 4 points 7th place = 2 points
2nd place = 8 points 4th place = 5 points 6th place = 3 points 8th place = 1 point
Cost per Team:
FHSAA approved equal split of profit/loss
share of profit/loss will calculated on a per athlete basis

Top 2 finishers in each even qualify automatically and then best 8 times/marks from all regions combined will also move on to the State Meet. The FHSAA State meet is scheduled for May 8th @ UNF.
