Start Times- 8:15AM (Coaches Meeting) 8:45AM (Girls Varsity), 9:15AM (Boys Varsity)

Timing System: Chronotrack/RunScore
Parking- $10 Per Vehicle (not including buses and team vans)
Individual Awards - Medals for places 1-3 and mentions for places 4-10 (per gender).
Team Awards - Championship and Runner-Up Trophies (per gender).
Scoring - If top 5 are tied, tie-breaker would go to 6th and 7th runner.
Roster - To complete a team, it has to have at least 5 members (per gender), 7 members maximum (any number over 7 would be non-scoring positions).
