9:40 a.m. - boys' race

Race times are approximate as there are high school races right before.  Our goal is to start on time or within 5 minutes of the posted race times.
********* VERY IMPORTANT!!! ******
All athletes must use 4 (four) pins and attach the bib number so that it is clearly visible on front of jersey.  There will be a timing chip that gets attached to the shoe.  THESE CHIPS MUST BE RETURNED TO THE TIMER BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE MEET.  If your athlete leaves with the chip, you will be responsible for getting that chip mailed back to the timer or pay the $50 per chip replacement fee.  Please return all chips before any of your athletes leave GT Bray.  Return chips to where you picked up your team packet.  Do not bring chips near the finish line.
**********************************************

There will be no parking or drop offs in the 51st St Park parking lot (2900 51st St W - main parking lot by amphitheater/finish line) as it will be full from the high school races. Please plan to park in the parking lots in GT Bray - use the main entrance at 33rd Ave Dr W. If you park at the Colonial Baptist Church parking lot, you may be delayed entering that parking lot due to the high school races running south on 51st St W. If you are walking on 51st Street, you must stay OFF the sidewalk and will need to walk in the grass near the road as the high school races will be heading south on the sidewalk during their races.

*** PLEASE NOTE: The bridge to get from the amphitheater/finish area to the starting line is narrow and will be shut down to all athletes and spectators to allow the previous race's runners to finish without anyone in their way.
The bridge is only wide enough for two people. Please inform your athletes, coaches, parents, and spectators that they must clear the bridge by the times indicated above if they do wish to watch the start of the next race. Our volunteers will be instructed to NOT allow anyone over the bridge if they will potentially interfere with the finishing runners so please get your teams to the start area early. They will be able to warm up on the soccer fields and use the larger, nicer restrooms by the soccer fields and starting line as well. ***

Team tents may be set up in center of north soccer fields (course runs the perimeter) or behind the amphitheater on grass.
