Thank you for entering the Lake Placid XC Invitational.
5:30 Girls Varsity/ JV & 6:00 Boys Varsity/JV
Please indicate varsity runners on FLRunners.com. Please enter your rosters soon, so we can start preparing bibs for varsity runners. Reminder, that only seven runners to run varsity race, only 5 Varsity times will be scoring for official results.
Cross Country Meets sanctioned by the School Board of Highlands County (SBHC) will be limited to 10 schools maximum. Teams will be called to the starting line five minutes before their race.
The start and finish line areas are off-limits to spectators.
Starting boxes will provide some spacing between opposing teams or individuals on the starting line if area permits.

Set-up areas will be clearly designated, and coaches are responsible for allowing only their athletes in these areas.
Bibs & pins at table, send coach to table to get Bibs. Athletes will not intermingle with other teams before/after race.
Coaches will be emailed the results following the race.
If needed, water fountains are available for athletes' hydration.
