The third event in the TimeSpann series to be hosted during this offseason preparation for outdoor in addition tune up event for athletes looking to compete in the indoor circuits. Here are the past results of the tune up meets this season:
As you can see we have had some top talent come through on the middle, high school and open levels. We hope to continue this for this upcoming meet.
BASIC INFORMATION
Teams cannot be in school attire. Athletes must be affiliated with a registered track and field club (AAU/USATF) or registered Unattached.
All teams will need to be attached to a Club and this Club should be set up on Fl.Milesplit so you can register your athletes. Per FHSAA any off season competitions need to be through a club and not a high school, so we are staying in line with these new rules. NOW, you can link these profiles to the high school profiles by just sending an email to Fl.milesplit but for our purposes all registrations and results will be through the Club.
COVID PROTOCOLS
Safety is key when it comes to our athletes, coaches and spectators. As we see this new COVID variant is spreading quickly, we do want to be sure we are vigilant and protect ourselves during this time. There will be a COVID Questionnairethat will need to be completed the day of the meet by all, athletes, spectators and coaches. It is just a way we can be sure to keep track of all those at the meet and stay in communication as needed in the event someone test positive after the meet has concluded.
Athletes will be given a wristband upon verification of completion of the questionnaire and will not be able to compete without that wristband as validation. Spectators as well will show completion of the questionnaire and receive a wristband.
We are asking all team tents be a minimum of 3-6 feet apart of other team tents and that we practice keeping at least 3 feet between each other at all times, this includes in the setting up of events. We will be looking to organize the clerking of events to avoid the clustering of athletes. Spectators as well are asked to keep space between them unless your group is of the same family household.

We will be FAT by Time Spann MM in partnership and results will post online shortly after the meet. Entries will need to be completed by 12:00PM 01/07/2022.
There is a possibility a cap on athletes may be needing to adhere to, please get registrations in early to secure spots.
Athlete Entry Fee - to be paid ONLINE ONLY there will be NO Payments accepted in person. We are a cashless environment.
Spectator Fee - per person to be paid ONLINE ONLY, Link will be sent 2 days prior to event to allregisteredteams and also online at https://gofan.com under Taravella High School
No Cash will be accepted or taken on site. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.
