Entry Procedures:
We only have a 6-lane track and one LJ/TJ runway, so we can only take a limited number of teams.
E-mail us early for entry.
You will receive a password to enter your athletes on flrunners.com- ALL athletes must be entered via flrunners.com.
All entries must be submitted by 11:59 pm on the Tuesday before the meet.
There can be NO additions, but you may scratch athletes at the meet.

Entry Fees:
$40 per team or $75 for both boys and girls.
Checks are payable to "Episcopal High School" and are due at the Coaches Meeting, before the start of the meet.

Awards & Scoring:
Eagle Open-no awards.
Episcopal Invitational-medals will be awarded to the winner in each event, and ribbons will go to places 2 through 8. A team trophy will go to the top team for boys and girls. Scoring will be kept to 8 places: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1

Track and runways are rubberized and no spikes longer than 3/8 inch are allowed.
Starting heights may be adjusted at the coaches' meeting, but are initially set at: HJg 4-0, HJb 5-0. PVg 5-0, PVb 7-0. Three throws/jumps in the field events, with one more attempt given to anyone who exceeds the "bonus" distances given in the Coaches' Meeting.

Schedule of Events
3:00 Coaches Meeting under the tent next to the press box. Please be on time.
3:30 4x800 relay. Field Events: Girls Pole Vault, followed by boys; Girls Long Jump, followed by boys; bHJ, then girls; gSP then boys; bDT then girls; gTJ then boys.
4:30 Running Events start (girls, then boys). Order: 100H/110H, 100, 1600, 4x100R, 400, 300H, 800, 200, 3200, 4x400R.
