**ALL THROWS (3) AND JUMPS (FIRST MARK TAKEN W/ OTHERS TO MEET MINIMUM STANDARDS / TBA AT SITE). OPTIONAL BONUS THROW OR JUMP FOR TOP 3 AFTER COMPLETION OF REGULAR THROWS AND/OR JUMPS**

- OLD SPRINT MEDLEY (100 / 200 / 300 / 400)

- TRI-MIDDLE DISTANCE MEDLEY (600/600/1200)
- MILE RELAY ( 4 X 400 ) 400 /400 / 400 / 400)

To Enter Multiple Relays
1) Click Add Relay button
2) checkbox at least 4 names - may add alternates
3) Add seed to both relay and athletes
4) scroll down to bottom of page and
5) click Add Relay button
repeat steps 2-5 until all relays are added
Click done editing button at bottom of page to add all relays to meet.
