Ran at Bolles in 1994-95 for coaches Mike Shupe and Rob VanCleave. Ran track and played football at Davidson College in 1995-96 and 1996-97. Ran track at University of Florida from 1998-2000.
Assistant track and XC coach at Oak Hall from 2000-2001. Assistant coach at Bolles 2002-2003. Head Coach at Bolles 2004-current.
