State Runner-up 2006 & 2009-Head cross country coach at the Academy of Holy Names since 2005.-Track and XC Head Coach at St Thomas More Academy (DE) 2000-2001-Asst XC, indoor track, outdoor track coach at Cape Henlopen HS (DE) 1997-2000-Asst XC, Track coach at Tampa-Jesuit, 1994-1996-Jesuit Biology/chemistry/marine biology teacher since 2001-Jesuit '91 graduate, ran 3 years of XC, 4 yrs of T&F (100m-2mile, except for the hurdles!). -Member of '89 state runner-up XC team.-USATF Level 1 Coaching Certified-USATF Level 2 Endurance Events Certified (2017).
