FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. - Three of the University of South Florida's track and field athletes competed at the Tyson Invitational at the University of Arkansas over the weekend looking to improve their season best marks, including pole vaulters

The Bulls competed among some of the best in the nation as USF readies for the BIG EAST Championships next weekend.
Young improved his season best in the pole vault during Saturday's competition, as he cleared 16-6.75 to place in 13th among a highly competitive field. Young currently ranks third in the BIG EAST in the pole vault.
Duffy, who owns the BIG EAST's best mark in the pole vault this year, finished one spot better in 12th as she leapt 12-10 Friday evening.
Hepburn ran in the preliminaries of the 60 meter hurdles, running a time of 8.49, a season-best for her in the event, as she took 15th overall Friday afternoon.
USF will conclude the indoor season with the BIG EAST Championships next Saturday and Sunday.
