Sprint Workout: Speed & Power Propel Deanna Hill

Lake Highland Prep junior Deanna Hill takes us a long for one of her workouts as she prepares for the Brooks PR Invitational and the start of the 2013 outdoor season. The power and speed workout focuses on mobility with hurdle excersises, executing explosivness in pulling the sleigh, as well as flying 30's to work on form, 60 meter sprints out of the blocks, and curve work. Hill finished second at state in the 100 and third in the 200 last year. She has personal best times of 11.59 and 23.83 for those events.



After the workout Hill talks more about her training and preparation for the upcoming season, as well as her goals for 2013.
