Markalah Hart- the freshman from Miami Northwestern HS knocked off her teammate, De'Andreah Young to take the top honors in the 300 hurdles this week. Hart won the 3A Region 4 300-meter hurdles in a time of 41.10, as she also had the third best 100-meter hurdle time of the week, which was 14.15.
