Meet Schedule
Thursday, April 11, 2013 at Evangelical Christian School

Coaches Meeting: 11:00 AM

Field Events: 12:00 PM
(Warm-ups begin as soon as coaches meeting is complete)

Order:
Boys Discus/Girls Shot Put; then switch
Girls Triple on east runway. Long to follow.
Boys Long Jump on west runway. Triple to follow.
Girls Pole Vault followed by Boys Pole Vault
Girls High Jump followed by Boys High Jump

4x800 Relay 12:00 PM

Running Prelims 2:00 PM
(If there are 8 or less participants in any event then it will be run as a final later)

Girls100/Boys110 Hurdles (10 Minute Break)
Girls/Boys 100M Dash (10 Minute Break)
Girls/Boys 300M Hurdles (10 Minutes Break)
200M Dash

All running finals are girls followed by boys.

Meet Information

Meet Entry Forms must be entered via flrunners.com by: Friday, April 5, by Midnight
Instructions are attached.

FAT timing and scoring by Half-Mile Timing

4 Individuals and 1 Relay Team per school allowed (FHSAA 4 event limit, 3 running)
The top 4 individuals and relays qualify for the Regional Meet
Thursday, April 18 at Shorecrest Prep, St. Petersburg 10:30am

We will need schools to run the following events: (I will provide student/parent help)

LJ/TJ Girls (east runway): FBA
LJ/TJ Boys (west runway): MH
HJ: SJN
PV: CSN/ECS
Shot: CAN
Disc: SEA
Relay Zones: CAN/CCS/MH

If there are 8 or less competitors in any prelim they will advance directly to the finals.
The 4x100 relays and 400M will be contested as finals (2 or more heats as needed)
8 lane track, 10 team district 8 places will be scored
Jury of Appeals (SJN/SFCA/Oasis/MH/FBA)

$5 admission fee
Concession stand will be available
Tents can be set up on the outfield of the baseball field directly north of the track
Entry for athletes will be to the east end of the track with direct connection to tent area
Restroom facilities will be located in building C4
Results will be posted during the meet.

Track & Field (Classes 1A & 2A) State Entry List: due April 1
The track & field State Entry Lists for classes 1A and 2A are to be submitted through C2CSchools.com by Monday, April 1.
