Coaches,
I hope everyone is doing well with hurricane Mathew changing most of our plans. I hope you are flexible, for we had some changes in the last 12 hours regarding where we were supposed to run.
Lake Bonny will NOT be ready for our home meet and the meet as been MOVED to Lake Hollingsworth. This is a road course where the local running club hosts races for 1,000+ athletes each summer.

929 Lake Hollingsworth Dr, Lakeland, FL 33803
The race will start neat the boat ramp. We will use the parking and running path to start the race, and then merge onto the running path.
The race will finish past the tennis courts.
Team camp will be set up in the grass near the finish line.
Awards will be near the finish line.
We are working on getting porta-johns for the finish line, but kids can use restrooms at Veteran's Park where buses are parking.
Buses must take Edgewood Drive then Southington Drive to get to Veterans Park if you a address for gps: 1000 E Edgewood Drive Lakeland FL (also known as common ground park).

Time schedule:
7:30 am Coaches meeting (at the finish line)
8:00 am Girl's Varsity Race
8:30 am Boy's Varsity Race
9:00 am Combined JV Race
9:50 am Rewards (team trophies winner/runner up and medals for top ten for varsity, team winner for JV)
Varsity Runners will be chip timed and JV runners will use pull tag. (I will explain why at the coaches meeting)
