Spectator Entry and Parking:
PLEASE NOTE Parking is sparse on our campus while school is in session (until about 3:45 ish). Parking will be available for spectators on a first-come, first-serve basis. We REQUIRE all athletes to travel together for the meet in a van or bus. Busses will drop off near the track (security will provide direction) and then they will be directed off campus to a remote parking area (Westgate Baptist Church, 5121 Kelly Rd, Town 'N' Country, FL 33615). Please have your athletes bring everything they need as the bus will be located approximately mile from campus. If we run out of parking, spectators may be directed to the church as well. After about 3:45 ish, parking should free up on our campus.

Once at the Track & Field facility, spectator entrance is on the Northeast side of Newman Stadium. Please enter and exit through that gate. As per FHSAA Policy, there will be a charge of $7.00 for Gate Admission for all spectators. Only FHSAA State Series Passes are accepted. Athletes and Coaches will NOT be charged, but athletes must have their uniform on. All Spectators, Coaches, and Non-Participating Athletes are not allowed inside the fenced in track and field area. All events are viewable from any point alongside the fence. For certain field events, a coachs box and spectator area may be established according to meet officials. All spectators and non-competing athletes will be moved from theses established areas once the field events are completed. Most of the gates around the track will be locked down. Please do NOT jump any fences.

Team Tents and Warm-up Areas:
Team Tents may be placed on Kuhn Practice Field on the Eastside of Newman Stadium. No Tents are allowed in the Stands. Warm-ups may take place around the Kuhn Practice Field, Dickey Field and the E.C. Smith Tennis Complex, and other areas surrounding the stadium. NO participant or spectator may go through Campus, especially during the school day. Security Personnel are very present on our campus. Your athlete and/or team risks disqualification for accessing unauthorized areas.

Trainers:
Athletic trainers will be provided on site. The trainers will not provide massages. They are there to help facilitate immediate injuries. The trainers will be set-up near the finish line under the trees and the training room facility can easily be accessed.
